The Lahore Zoo is situated on the Mall. It is a part of Jinnah Garden. Here wild animals are kept. It has a huge iron gate. Inside it are grassy plots, enclosures for animals and cages for birds. The dangerous animals like lions, bears and monkeys are kept in iron enclosures. Zebras, deer, elephants and stags are seen in grassy plots. A11 birds like parrots, sparrows, pigeonss and pea-cocks are in cages. Cranes, ducks, geese and other water-fowls move freely in the ponds.
