A BALANCE DIET:

A diet which contain all the basic and necessary  constituents which are essential for body growth and proper health is called a balance diet. A balance diet contains following constituents.
  1. Carbohydrates
  2. Fats
  3. Proteins
  4. Vitamins
  5. Minerals.
Milk and eggs are taken as complete diet. A balance diet should be used by every one for keeping a good health. The important functions of balance diet are following.
  • It provides all nutritional retirements of the human body.
  • It helps in proper growth and physical development.
  • It provides energy for the proper functions of the organs.
  • It keeps a person healthy and normal.
  • A balance diet helps to control psychological and physical activities.
  • A balance diet makes a person smart and slim.
  • It complete the requirements of all the body organs, bones and nerves.
The importance of balance diet is cleared from above points. So every one should  keep a schedule of of his diet. We must used chicken, mutton, vegetables, eggs, milk and fruits according to his nutritional program. If the habit of using a balanced diet is developed among the people, we can build a society completely free from diseases and mental confusion.
